1. PRICES
a) All prices will be effective from
1st Jan 2009 but may be subject to change without notice due to changes in costs beyond our control, such as freight,taxes, currency exchange rates, duty rates etc.
2. TERMS
a) Customer terms are 30% deposit on placement of order, and balance due on
delivery of goods. We accept money order, certified check or wire transfer
only.
No cash payments will be accepted.
3. SHIPMENT
All Product shipments will be made FOB
orgin.
4. DISCOUNT
Available for large order quantity or
value.
3. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancellation or amendments to orders cannot be accepted after 7 days from
ordering.
4. CLAIMS AND RETURN
a) No returns will be accepted without
authorization.
b) All claims must be made within 14 days
of receipt of goods.
c) Defective merchandise must be returned,
freight pre-paid, within 14 days of receipt of goods. If the returned
merchandise is soiled, worn, or bears makings, stickers, or tags not originally
on the products, it will not be accepted.
5. BILLING AND SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES
Billing and shipping discrepancies are for
the products from Winsport that were or shipped incorrectly. These include lost
shipments, short shipments, wrong shipments and pricing/invoice errors.
Purchaser may request within 14 calendar days of invoice date. Such notice
shall be reasonably detailed and shall specify the discrepancy. Failure to give
such notice with the time specified herein shall be deemed a waiver of
Purchaser¡¦s rights to claim such discrepancy.
6. GENERAL
These terms and conditions, as published on
Winsport Web site located at www.winsport.com.hk
at the time of sale, are the official terms and conditions of sale between
Winsport and Purchaser and maybe amended from time to time without notice at
Winsport¡¦s sole discretion.
